About

About Linden Park HOALinden Park is a walkable neighborhood of welcoming front porches and people, pockets of nature, rolling hills and views. Margene Triangle Park welcomes you to the neighborhood with plenty of space, rolling topography, and a family friendly playground. The beautiful new Olson Elementary School and playground are the hub of the neighborhood and central to all; an easy walk for the kids. Behind the school is a large City park with a paved, winding path that takes you past the school, soccer fields, restored prairie, and storm water marsh; a place neighbors can spot wildlife, stretch their legs, and say hello. Carriage Lanes throughout the neighborhood allow some homes to front on greenspace, which moves garages to the back and makes the streets and spaces even more people friendly.

Linden Park is less than 5 minutes by car or bike to shopping along Mineral Point road and Junction Road. Nearby shopping includes Copps, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Menards, and Brennans. Nearby restaurants include JP Adlers, Taco Bell, Biaggi’s, Outback Steakhouse and Panera Bread. The neighborhood is bordered by Valley View Road to the North, which connects to the new City bike trails. Hawk’s Landing golf course borders the neighborhood to the south, and its paths and clubhouse are an easy walk from the neighborhood. The new University of Wisconsin Research Park II is kitty-corner to the neighborhood on the Junction Road (Hwy. M) / Pleasant View / Valley View traffic circle. Epic Systems in Verona lies six miles to the south.

Linden Park was developed by Veridian Homes on former farmland that now includes both Linden Park and the adjacent Pine Hill Farm neighborhood; a portion of the original farmstead remains along Valley View and preserves a grove of beautiful pines. Construction of Phase 1 of the neighborhood began in 2006, and the neighborhood achieved 99% status in 2015, at which time the Linden Park Homeowners Association was conveyed to the homeowners.
